When Greg and Tomi Fay reached out to us, they had something special in mind. Their home had just turned 100 years old, and they wanted to celebrate the milestone by giving it the kind of restoration it deserved — one that honored its age, its character, and its craftsmanship.

Most of the house was covered in beautiful old shingled siding that had weathered the years, and the trim featured a classic three-tone design that added real charm but demanded precision and patience to restore properly. Our crew spent days carefully brushing, cutting in, and detailing each section to bring the colors and textures back to life. Every window frame was refinished, and even the foundation got a fresh coat — not just for looks, but to provide a solid, sealed barrier for years to come.

Along the way, we made a number of trim and carpentry repairs — replacing crown molding, fixing up the shed, and tightening everything up with meticulous caulking to ensure every joint was sealed and sound.

When it was all said and done, the home looked like it had stepped back into its prime. The fresh paint, crisp lines, and restored details gave it that timeless look only a century-old house can carry — and we were proud to be part of bringing it back for another hundred years of memories.
