For this project, we started by tearing off the old shingles and preparing the roof deck for a complete upgrade. We installed Grace Select Ice & Water shield over the first six feet of livable space and ProArmor synthetic felt across the rest of the roof deck for superior protection. Two leaking skylights were removed and replaced with new ones, expertly flashed to ensure a watertight seal. Finally, we installed Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the striking Desert Rose color, giving the roof a fresh, vibrant look and reliable durability.
